1. Pre-Testing Requirements
Do not eat, drink, smoke, or vape for at least 10–15 minutes before testing. Rinsing with plain water is recommended to remove residual food particles, but avoid using mouthwash.

2. Prepare the Test Device
Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it within one hour of opening.

3. Prepare the Swab
Remove the swab from the cassette, then remove the cap from the swab.

4. Collect the Saliva Sample
Place the swab between the lower cheek and gum. Gently rub back and forth between the left and right cheeks and gums until the sponge is fully saturated with saliva. Do not bite, suck, or chew the sponge. Remove the swab once two red/pink lines appear on the back of the swab, or when the red/pink lines form approximately three-quarters of a turn. If the saturation indicator has not turned red, continue collecting saliva until the indicator changes colour.

5. Insert the Swab into the Cassette
Insert the protruding end of the swab into the designated hole in the cassette, then press down the tail of the swab until it is securely locked into place.

6. Activate the Test
Slide the cover in the direction of the arrow until the cover is fully locked.

7. Set the Timer
Immediately start a timer for 2 minutes once the mechanism is activated.

8. Read the Results
Place the device on a flat surface while the test develops. Negative results may be interpreted at 2 minutes if all lines are visible. Positive results should be confirmed at 5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 15 minutes.

9. Interpret the Results
Negative: Control (C) and Test (T) lines are visible. Positive: Control (C) line is visible, but the corresponding Test (T) line is absent. Invalid: No control (C) line appears. Repeat the test using a new device.
