Australia Post Standard Service aims for a delivery timeframe of 2 working days for metropolitan areas on the East Coast of Australia. For regional locations, as well as those in NT, WA, or TAS, please allow an extra 2–3 working days for delivery. Should you need your parcel more urgently (within 1 to 3 days across the nation), we recommend selecting our Australia Post Express option during checkout.

Passive tests provide rapid screening and do not require a mouthpiece. The user either speaks or exhales into a passive sampling port without any physical contact. These tests indicate the presence or absence of alcohol and are less intrusive. If alcohol is detected during the screening test, an active test is typically conducted.
An active test requires a mouthpiece to be attached to the device, providing an accurate blood alcohol concentration (BAC) measurement.
Devices such as the SHIELD breathalyser are capable of performing both testing modes and storing data within the unit’s memory.

Recalibration of the BACtrack S80 Pro Gen2 is $72.30 + GST Standard or $78.80 + GST Premium Express.
This fee includes pick-up and return courier services, recalibration, airway servicing, and the Certification of Accuracy. The recalibration of workplace devices incurs a higher cost due to the extra procedural steps involved.

The SHIELD has been certified to maintain its accuracy for a duration of up to 18 months between recalibrations. The pricing for recalibration is outlined below:
6 months – $90 + GST Standard or $100 + GST Premium Express
12 months – $165 + GST Standard or $175 + GST Premium Express
18 months – $230 + GST Standard or $240 + GST Premium Express
This fee includes pick-up and return courier services, recalibration, airway servicing, and the Certification of Accuracy.
